WILLY2GO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using Willy2Go's services, including our website, mobile application, or any related platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using Willy2Go, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to place an order.
- You are a current Williams College student, faculty, or staff member.
- You will use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. HOW WILLY2GO WORKS
Willy2Go operates on a structured delivery schedule:
- Orders placed within the first 30 minutes of the hour will be delivered 30–60 minutes later.
- Orders placed after the first 30 minutes will be delivered at the next scheduled cycle (the following hour).
- All deliveries are dropped off in front of residences—drivers will not enter buildings or deliver directly to dorm rooms.
- You will receive a text confirmation, including a picture of your food upon delivery.
- We strive for fast and reliable service but cannot guarantee precise delivery times due to high demand, restaurant wait times, and unforeseen circumstances.
4. ORDERING & PAYMENT
4.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a mistake on our end.
- If you input the wrong delivery address, you are responsible for retrieving your food.
- Willy2Go is not responsible for stolen food once a delivery has been completed and confirmed.
4.2 Payment Methods
- We only accept online payments via our designated payment processor.
- All payments must be made at the time of ordering.
- Tipping your driver is encouraged but not required.
5. REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS
- Occasionally, menu items may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will either:
- Substitute the item with a similar option of equal or greater value.
- Refund the cost of the missing item.
- If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, you are responsible for checking the McDonald's website before ordering. Willy2Go does not modify orders.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of service errors (e.g., missing or incorrect items).
6. DELIVERY POLICY
6.1 Drop-Off & Retrieval
- Deliveries are dropped off at the entrance of your residence. Drivers will not enter buildings or deliver to dorm rooms.
- Customers will receive a text confirmation and a picture of the food when the order arrives.
- If you do not pick up your order in a reasonable time, we are not responsible for stolen or lost food.
6.2 Late-Night Courtesy Policy
- Please retrieve your order quietly to avoid disturbing residents.
- If there are issues with your order, message Willy2Go directly instead of confronting drivers in person.
7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMER
- No Guarantees on Food Quality & Safety: Willy2Go acts solely as a delivery service. We are not responsible for the quality, preparation, or ingredients of food provided by restaurants.
- Delays May Occur: Delivery times are estimates and may change due to high demand, restaurant delays, or weather conditions.
- Liability Disclaimer: Willy2Go is not responsible for any food-related health issues, including allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or contamination. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION OF SERVICE
- Willy2Go reserves the right to:
- Modify or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.
- Refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to fraudulent activity, abuse of service, or violation of these Terms.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Willy2Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Delivery delays
- Incorrect orders
- Lost or stolen food
- Food-related illness
10. FORCE MAJEURE (Uncontrollable Events)
- Willy2Go is not responsible for delays, failures, or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Power outages
- Road closures
- Supply chain disruptions
- Restaurant unavailability
- Acts of God
11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
- Willy2Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if a user:
- Engages in fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
- Repeatedly fails to retrieve orders or disputes legitimate charges.
- Abuses, threatens, or harasses Willy2Go drivers or staff.
- Attempts to circumvent our payment system.
12. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
- You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid payment method.
- Willy2Go is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
13. PROMOTIONAL CODES
- Promotional codes:
- Must be used for the intended audience and purpose.
- Cannot be duplicated, sold, or transferred.
- May be disabled or subject to additional terms.
- Are not redeemable for cash.
- Willy2Go reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits obtained through the use of promotional codes in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
14. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting content (e.g., feedback, reviews) to Willy2Go, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services.
15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Willy2Go reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our website or other communication channels. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
- Willy2Go's services may integrate with third-party services or display content from third parties.
- We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.
17. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND FINAL CHARGES
- Estimated Pricing: Order subtotals displayed at checkout are estimates and may be subject to change.
- Authorization of Final Charges: By placing an order, you authorize Willy2Go to charge the final price, inclusive of any applicable taxes and adjustments, to your selected payment method.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
- Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes arising from the use of Willy2Go's services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
- Class Action Waiver: Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits, requiring individual arbitration for dispute resolution.
19. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Users are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and staff.
- Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent chargebacks
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Harassment of personnel
20. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
- Willy2Go collects and uses personal information to fulfill orders.

21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Willy2Go, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.
